BioRow Wind Meter is intended for measurements of the wind speed and direction during rowing.

It is mounted on the canvas of the boat and mesures the wind exactly in its location, which allows accurate adjustemnt of the rowing speed on weather conditions and calculation of an "absolute speed", which can be achieved at no-wind conditions.

BioRow WInd Meter device consists of two independed sensors mounted on the single case: an omni-directional wind turbine measures speed and a vane measures wind direction. 

Both sensors are connected with a single cable to BioRowTel master unit, which records wind data together with other biomechanical variables.

All mathematics is inbuild in BioRow software, which uses Klaus Filter's data (2004) for evaluation of the wind effect.
