BioRow is looking for good scullers to test equipment.

Requirements:

• You should be able to row a single at intermediate or higher level, with a god balance and adequate stroke length.
• Your best 2000m race time should be faster than 7:30 for males and 8:10 for females,
• You should be able to scull at stroke rate up to 40 spm for males and up to 36 spm for females at least for 15-20 strokes.

What you need to do:

• Attend a testing session at agreed time, preferably at Dorney lake race course in Eton/Windsor.

• Perform a step test consisting of 6 x 250m sections at stroke rates 20-24-28-32-36-40 spm (the last one at 40 could be 15-20 strokes) with about 1 min rest, or similar test.
• The test will be repeated up to four times with various sculls.
• You can use your own boat, or we can provide you with a single for 85 kg.
